Harmony Consulting Group is a management consulting and executive coaching firm with consultants in GA, DC, and MD. Our mission is to empower organizations and people to identify and overcome obstacles, then develop behaviors that sustain transformation. Our core team has over 18 years of experience consulting for Federal, State, and local governments.

Our CEO and Principal Consultant began her career in 2002 as a contractor to the Federal government working for top tier consulting firms Deloitte and Booz Allen Hamilton. She has supported the Department of Defense, Internal Revenue Services, Department of State, Department of Housing and Urban Development, and Department of the Interior.
